- Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 72 hours (subject to courier schedules).
- Out-of-Stock Items: If a product is unavailable, we’ll contact you for a replacement or refund.
- Payment Methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) or bank transfer.
Handling Your Mango Package
At Mangostudio.pk, we ship freshly harvested, naturally ripened mangoes—no artificial preservatives or carbide are used.
If You Receive Green Mangoes:
- Check the box for the harvest date, packaging date, and opening date.
- Do not open until the specified opening date.
- Store the box at room temperature until the mangoes ripen.
- If still green after the opening date, wait 2–3 more days.
- Open when you smell the sweet aroma of ripe mangoes!
Pro Tip:
Patience ensures perfectly ripe, juicy mangoes!
Exchange Policy
We guarantee fresh deliveries, but if you receive spoiled/damaged mangoes:
- Contact Us: Reach out via phone/email with your Order ID.
- Provide Proof: Share a photo of the spoiled product.
- Eligibility:
- Products must be unused and in original packaging.
- Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- Processing:
- Replacements depend on stock availability.
- Exchanges are completed within 10 days of receiving the returned items.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) will be dedcted from refunds.
